9:01:53 AM Chairman White Call to Order, Moment of Silence, Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Commissioners White, Seifert and Skinner, Deputy County Attorney Erin Arnold, and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller. Commissioner Skinner arrived a few minutes later.

9:03:11 AM Chairman White There was public comments on matters within the Commission's jurisdiction. Del Richter spoke regarding issues of concern at 1340 Hidden Valley - Motocross Track and Jumps. A letter from property owner Deanna Campbell to Gallatin County Compliance Specialist Nicole Olmstead and several pictures of the site were submitted and labeled Exhibit A, Public comment.
